Burma election turnout remains low

No Guardian: "Turnout in today's elections in Burma is low after opposition leaders called for a boycott of elections that Barack Obama criticised as "anything but free and fair". Today's vote, the first for 20 years, is taking place amid tight security and a ban on foreign reporters and election monitors.
